JMP Storage, LLC is a Salt Lake City, UT based self storage company. The company was founded by John M. Potter in 2009 for the purpose of purchasing, selling, and overseeing the operations of multiple self storage businesses. The company is comprised of a geographically diverse portfolio within northern Utah. Being flexible and financially liquid has allowed JMP Storage to start and grow its business in difficult economic times. In 2009 JMP Storage began its acquisition phase to take advantage of depressed prices and great opportunities in the self storage market. The company's first acquisition was 4700 Highland Drive in Salt Lake City, UT. JMP Storage currently owns approximately 400,000 square feet of self storage facilities on 23 acres. The company owns and operates properties in Salt Lake City, Holladay, and Logan, and most recently acquired property in Ogden. JMP Storage is proud to work with its facility management partners, Utah Self Storage and Cutting Edge Self Storage Management. |
